Complete Nutritional Advice

Foodsense.co.uk is a complete nutritional advice service, founded by
Caroline Seekings, Nutritional Therapist (Dip ONT, BANT).

Caroline provides personal nutrition guidance, for men, women and children, to help yield improvements in both immediate and long-term health, and to directly benefit specific symptoms, ailments or conditions which are undermining

potential for optimum physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
She also provides nutritional guidance for sports professionals and athletes,

to help enhance training capacity, improve competitive performance, and

accelerate recovery.

‘Treating the cause, rather than the symptom’
"I am a strong advocate of ‘treating the cause, rather than the symptom’ as a means to achieve long term relief from any form of suboptimal health, which includes any symptom, ailment, condition, or illness which affects an individual’s quality of life.

I work on the principle that all manner of health problems can stem from

imbalances in body chemistry. These imbalances are caused by having

incorrect amounts and balances of certain nutrients in the diet, and

are compounded by the deleterious effect of our everyday environment

and lifestyle on nutrient status.

Through nutritional assessment and consultation, I believe it is possible

to precisely identify imbalances in body chemistry, which can then be

corrected by dietary manipulation and supplementation.
