The Brighter Future Campaign
The Brighter Future Campaign is an initiative set up to improve
the level of nutrition education available in local primary
schools.
For children Nutrition talks
This is one of the key findings that prompted the development of
the Brighter Future Campaign, and why the most part of the
campaign is focused on my visiting schools to talk to the
children about the importance of nutrition, primarily in terms
of helping them to stay healthy, but also in relation to
improving their performance in school, and increasing their

Child Nutrition Package
Includes:
1 initial consultation
An evaluation of your child’s nutrient status, using comprehensive assessment techniques and, in some instances, clinical testing. • A five week Nutrition Programme, which is precisely tailored to your child’s unique requirements, and designed to correct any imbalances undermining their health status. The programme will include recommendations of foods to avoid, and suitable alternatives to them, and foods to emphasise in your child’s diet. Nutrition programmes may also include supplement advice where appropriate, as well as an example diet plan and recipes.
2 x follow-up consultations Each featuring An assessment of the nutritional content of your child’s regular diet, to determine the extent to which it is satisfying their caloric and nutritional needs. In addition, I assess the degree to which the child’s symptoms have improved, also taking into account any other significant changes or benefits noted by parents or the child. •
A five week
Nutrition Programme, which has been adjusted to match variations
in nutrient and energy demands.
