Nutrition
Consultations
Before
Prior to your consultation, you will be asked to complete a
simple questionnaire and food diary.
The information from these forms will be used to identify any
potential nutrient deficiencies, food intolerances, or hormonal
or chemical abnormalities.
This is an important step in the consultation process, as a
great many health complaints can be directly linked to such
underlying imbalances.
During
Nutrition Consultations are provided on a one-to-one basis, and
are private and confidential.
The first part of your consultation is an opportunity for you
express what you would most like to gain from a nutrition
programme.
You may also be asked to give a little more detail about your
current diet, eating habits, symptoms, and lifestyle. This
information will be used to determine your individual nutrient
requirements and to develop a suitable diet plan.
During the consultation, the focus with be on explaining any
imbalances or deficiencies that may exist, including how they
are manifested, and the factors which may have led to their
development.
Recommendations are then provided which should help to correct
these issues and rebalance body chemistry as a whole. In doing
so, it is possible to remedy specific symptoms and conditions
and improve both immediate and long-term health.
After
All consultations are followed up with a complete report,
including explanations, recommendations, diet plans and recipes.
You will also receive a review call to ensure that you are happy
with the programme and its effects.
Follow-up consultations and ongoing support are also available
depending on your individual needs and health goals.

Please note:
The information and
advice provided on 'Foodsense.co.uk'
should not be used as a basis
for drastic change in diet, as individual reactions to foods, food
combinations and patterns of eating are variable. To confirm the
suitability of any of these recommendations it would be necessary to
consult a qualified nutritionist who can give specific guidelines
based on your biochemistry. On a final note, if you are considering
any drastic change in diet, always consult your doctor beforehand.
